Unity is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the Workday Performance and Benefits modules. You'll work closely with HR and Total Rewards to deliver scalable solutions. This role requires 5+ years of experience with Workday.
You have over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst, specifically with the Performance (Talent) and Benefits modules. Your strong functional HR knowledge combined with technical expertise in Workday allows you to drive solutions independently in a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of scalable and compliant HR processes and are adept at configuring and optimizing Workday to meet organizational needs.
You thrive in fast-paced settings and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Your ability to partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, and HR Operations ensures that you deliver stable and user-friendly solutions across the employee lifecycle. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, driven by empathy, respect, and opportunity.
Experience with global benefits administration and performance management processes is a plus. Familiarity with HR operations and the ability to navigate complex HR systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will take ownership of the configuration and ongoing support of the Workday Performance and Benefits modules. You will lead and support quarterly performance cycles, including goal management and performance reviews, ensuring that the business process frameworks are well-designed and compliant. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting global benefits administration, including the configuration, testing, and execution of Open Enrollment processes.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements to the Workday system, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the organization. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing training to HR staff, and ensuring that all configurations align with best practices and compliance standards.
