Ridgeline is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for their Performance & Analytics team to evolve their next generation performance and analytics platform. You'll work with modern OLAP and Columnar technologies, contributing to impactful solutions in the investment management industry. This position requires expertise in AWS and a strong engineering background.
You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building scalable applications that leverage modern technologies. Your expertise in performance metrics and analytics allows you to contribute effectively to the design and implementation of robust systems. You thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with design and strategy teams to create impactful solutions. Your experience with AWS back-end services positions you well to contribute to the evolving tech stack at Ridgeline. You are a problem solver who seeks creative solutions and takes ownership of your work, embodying the Ridgeline Way of transparency and positive intent.
Experience with OLAP and Columnar technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and automation practices that enhance application performance. You are comfortable navigating complex data environments and can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
