UiPath is seeking a Senior Accessibility Product Program Manager to lead and scale accessibility initiatives across the product lifecycle. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure inclusive user experiences. This role requires expertise in accessibility standards and program leadership.
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in accessibility initiatives, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver inclusive user experiences. Your experience includes working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to embed accessibility into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You are knowledgeable about accessibility standards and best practices, and you are passionate about creating products that are usable by everyone, regardless of their abilities.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively translate complex accessibility requirements into actionable programs and processes. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, enabling you to drive the adoption of accessibility best practices across various teams. Your collaborative nature helps you build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that accessibility is prioritized throughout the product development process.
Experience with assistive technologies and inclusive design principles is a plus. Familiarity with various accessibility standards, such as WCAG, and experience in implementing these standards in product development will set you apart. You are also comfortable using data to measure the impact of accessibility initiatives and to drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional accessibility programs that ensure UiPath products meet accessibility standards and deliver inclusive user experiences at scale. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to embed accessibility into the SDLC, from requirements and design reviews to implementation and release. Your leadership will drive the adoption of accessibility best practices, including inclusive design, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and assistive technology compatibility.
You will be responsible for translating accessibility standards and best practices into scalable programs, processes, and measurable outcomes. This will involve creating training materials and resources to educate teams on accessibility principles and practices. You will also monitor and report on the progress of accessibility initiatives, ensuring that teams are held accountable for delivering accessible products.
Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in accessibility, advocating for the needs of users with disabilities within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that accessibility is not an afterthought but an integral part of the product development process.
