Bitso is seeking a Legal Analyst to join their Legal team, focusing on corporate governance, commercial contracting, and legal operations. This role requires a completed law degree and advanced English proficiency.
You are a recent law graduate or in the final stages of your law degree, with all coursework completed and only your thesis or graduation formalities pending. You possess full-time availability and are based in Mexico City (CDMX), ready to attend in-person meetings or signings when required. Your advanced English proficiency allows you to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. You have strong legal writing skills in Spanish, enabling you to draft clear, structured, and well-reasoned legal documents. You are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a team that values diverse perspectives.
As a Legal Analyst at Bitso, you will work closely with the Legal team to support corporate governance and ensure that the company's corporate structure remains sharp.
