Stripe is hiring a Launch Manager to guide customers through successful Stripe implementations. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure users are effectively integrated into the platform. This role requires strong project management skills and familiarity with payments and APIs.
You have a degree in a related field such as technology, business administration, or project management. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills enable you to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. You possess a strong technical aptitude, which allows you to understand complex systems and processes. Your background includes project management training or certification, and you have experience in payments or e-commerce. Additionally, you have worked in a Professional Services organization or in a customer success/support role, giving you valuable insights into user needs. Familiarity with APIs is a plus, as it will help you guide customers through the integration process.
As a Launch Manager at Stripe, you will own the relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and successful implementation experience. You will monitor the deal-signed-not-live backlog for users, proactively engaging with them to address any concerns or obstacles they may face. Collaborating closely with our Accelerate, ProServ, and Alliances and Channels Partners, you will shepherd users through the integration process, providing guidance and support at every step. Your role will involve analyzing user journeys to identify areas for improvement and designing automated and targeted experiences that enhance user satisfaction. You will also work with a multi-faceted team of user content creators, data analysts, program managers, and integration engineers to drive growth and success for our users.
