You have a strong background in machine learning and have spent several years designing and implementing models that drive real-world applications. Your experience includes working with various algorithms, including neural networks and decision trees, and you understand the intricacies of training data and feature engineering. You are adept at evaluating models both offline and online, ensuring they meet the performance standards required in a production environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside engineers and scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible in the advertising space. You are passionate about using data to drive decisions and improve user experiences, and you have a keen interest in the intersection of machine learning and economics.
Experience with large-scale data processing and familiarity with cloud computing platforms would be beneficial. A background in advertising technology or user interaction modeling is a plus, as is knowledge of the latest trends in machine learning research.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Microsoft's advertising innovation, designing and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning models that power key systems within Microsoft Ads and the Microsoft Audience Network.
