Amazon is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to support the North American Employee Relations team. You'll collaborate with field operations managers and human resources to ensure fair treatment of employees. This role requires expertise in employee and labor relations.
You have a strong background in employee and labor relations, with a proven ability to collaborate and influence various stakeholders, including field operations managers and human resources. Your analytical skills allow you to assess employee feedback effectively, identifying risks and gaps that need addressing. You possess excellent judgment and communication skills, enabling you to present to senior leaders while also engaging with frontline employees. You are adept at managing projects and balancing time between proactive initiatives and reactive crisis responses. Your experience equips you to design and conduct training programs that promote positive workplace relations.
Experience in crisis management and the ability to work under severe time constraints is a plus. Familiarity with workplace relations programs and training design will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As the Employee Relations Manager, you will lead initiatives that ensure fair and respectful treatment of employees across the North American Field Operations. You will proactively engage with managers to foster positive workplace relations and address any issues that arise.
