VGW is seeking a Manager - Account Management to lead the Account Management team in Toronto. You'll oversee retention strategies and foster exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership and strategic insight.

You have a proven track record in account management, with experience leading teams focused on customer retention and growth. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional experiences to high-value players and have a knack for analyzing competitive landscapes to enhance value propositions. Your strategic mindset allows you to execute initiatives that maximize return on investment while ensuring responsible play among users. You are a strong communicator, capable of providing insights to senior leadership that drive business decisions and product enhancements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to fostering a team culture that prioritizes loyalty and advocacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the Account Management team, ensuring that strategies are effectively executed to retain and grow high-value players across VGW's brands. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for player engagement and reactivation, while also defending the business against potential risks. Your responsibilities will include developing robust business cases based on player insights and collaborating with senior leadership to implement necessary changes. You will drive growth initiatives that focus on retention and customer satisfaction, ensuring that VGW remains competitive in the interactive entertainment space. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of exceptional service within your team, encouraging ongoing loyalty and advocacy among players.

What we offer

VGW offers a competitive salary range of CAD 133,500 to CAD 150,000 per year for this position. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values creativity and innovation. As part of the Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the player experience and driving the success of VGW's products.
