Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. Your passion for delivering happiness is evident in your interactions, whether on the driveway or within the community. You are adaptable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse individuals and foster positive relationships. You are motivated by performance and growth, eager to take advantage of opportunities to increase your earnings through merit-based programs. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, contributing to a positive work environment.
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of our mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will assist customers during their car delivery, providing them with the information they need and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also participate in community initiatives, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand presence. Your role will require you to be available for shifts from 11 am to 9 pm, working 7 days a week with rotating days off. You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit increases every 90 days based on your performance.
