You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with experience managing complex negotiations and bespoke commercial agreements. Your superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese enable you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your strong interest in technology drives your passion for helping businesses leverage Stripe's financial infrastructure to achieve their goals. Prior experience at a growth stage Internet or Software company is preferred, as it equips you with the insights needed to navigate the unique challenges of this sector. You understand the intricacies of building relationships with executive stakeholders and can lead complex product workshops that involve multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, and Finance.
As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will be responsible for driving the company's future growth engine by building relationships with prospective users and converting them into satisfied Stripe customers. You will own a named account list and develop comprehensive account plans aimed at winning and expanding business with middle market and enterprise companies.
