Overview

CreatorIQ is seeking an Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO while managing office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a flexible environment.

Who you are

You have experience providing executive administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you have honed your organizational and multitasking skills. You understand the importance of being intentional and pursuing excellence every day, aligning with CreatorIQ's values. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable managing logistics and office facilities to ensure smooth operations. You are proactive in identifying needs and addressing them efficiently, ensuring that team members have the resources they need to succeed. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a hybrid work model, balancing in-person and remote tasks effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, managing their schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. You will oversee the operations within co-working spaces, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will also assist in organizing company events and team-building activities, fostering a positive workplace culture. As you support the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in enhancing team dynamics and ensuring that all operational needs are met. You will be expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
