BridgeBio is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic and operational support to the SVP of Sales & Marketing. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless operations across key priorities.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in providing high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a knack for relationship-building, ensuring seamless operations across various teams. Your ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, and event planning is second to none, and you excel at coordinating initiatives that align with key business priorities.

Desirable

You have a proven track record of supporting senior executives and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a dynamic workplace. Your experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. You are adaptable and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, ensuring that their time is managed effectively and that they are well-prepared for meetings and engagements. You will coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist in the planning and execution of events and initiatives. Your organizational skills will be crucial in aligning cross-functional priorities and facilitating collaboration among teams. You will also be responsible for tracking deliverables and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

You will act as a liaison between the SVP and other departments, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that information flows smoothly across the organization. Your ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges will be key to your success in this role.
