What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, guiding them through the initial setup process, and ensuring they understand how to utilize Ramp's platform effectively. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to identify customer needs and advocate for their requirements. You will develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive product adoption and retention. Regular check-ins with customers will be part of your routine, allowing you to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, presenting your findings to internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also contribute to the development of training materials and resources to support customer education. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support.
