You have a strong background in creative advertising, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the entertainment or agency sector. Your expertise lies in crafting engaging and high-quality campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple channels. You possess a knack for creative thinking and can independently ideate and develop innovative long-lead advertising campaigns that tell compelling stories and connect with customers. Your ability to provide clear direction to both internal and external partners is a key strength, and you excel at crafting high-level creative briefs and presentation decks that communicate concepts effectively.
You are adept at preparing photo shoot briefs, sketches, and comps that convey campaign direction. You understand the importance of solving for cross-functional business, customer, and stakeholder requirements while building breakthrough creative. Your global perspective allows you to think across platforms, mastering the unique characteristics of each to create tailored content that drives marketing objectives. You strive to create first-to-market ideas that elevate the standard of creative output.
In this role, you will lead the execution of key campaign creative assets, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will elevate the creative output of both internal resources and agency partners, fostering collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities will include ideating and developing impactful advertising campaigns that increase viewership for Amazon's original series and films. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences.
You will be responsible for crafting high-level creative briefs that guide the creative process and ensure alignment with overall campaign goals. Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $120,500.00 - $163,000.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
