Microsoft is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for the Cloud and AI platform. You'll focus on optimizing product strategies and aligning them with customer outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud businesses and marketing levers.
You have a strong background in product marketing, particularly within the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of cloud businesses and key trends. Your passion for technology drives you to analyze and diagnose business challenges effectively, formulating solutions that motivate and influence broader organizational action. You thrive in collaborative environments, aligning product strategies with customer outcomes to achieve optimized results. Your experience includes leading marketing initiatives that prioritize product strategies and enhance seller readiness through strategic sales enablement platforms.
You are adept at leveraging data to inform marketing decisions and understand the sales and marketing levers that can drive share in competitive markets. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams ensures that marketing strategies are well-aligned with product development and sales objectives. Experience with cloud marketing strategies and familiarity with sales enablement tools would be advantageous. In this role, you will lead the optimization of Seismic as a strategic sales enablement platform, enhancing sellers' ability to identify the most effective content and optimize discovery and utilization to support seller readiness and execution. You will work closely with product teams to align marketing strategies with product development, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
You will collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with customers at various stages of their cloud journey. Your role will involve creating compelling messaging that highlights the value of Microsoft’s Cloud and AI solutions, driving engagement and adoption among potential customers. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
