You have at least 1 year of experience in software development or technical support, which has equipped you with the skills to understand and debug minor issues in services. Your familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB will be essential in this role. You are comfortable writing scripts in modern programming languages to automate common tasks, showcasing your technical proficiency. You have experience with incident response and incident management, allowing you to effectively handle technical tickets and ensure smooth operations. Your ability to follow technical standard operating procedures (SOPs) will help you complete projects and onboarding tasks efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that drives seller success and growth.
In this role, you will follow a tech SOP to complete various projects and onboarding tasks, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly. You will write code to accomplish small tasks or rectify issues that arise in services, demonstrating your problem-solving skills. Understanding and debugging minor issues will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will be tasked with addressing technical tickets and ensuring that they are reassigned to the appropriate teams.
