Carvana is seeking an Experienced Heavy Body Technician to perform extensive bodywork and train other technicians. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in various autobody repair techniques. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, and stud welding, allowing you to tackle complex bodywork challenges with confidence. You are skilled in performing repairs on multiple panels, including roof and rocker panel repairs, and are adept at large area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to train and mentor other autobody technicians, fostering a collaborative environment where skills and knowledge are shared.
You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to meeting deadlines, even if it requires working mandatory overtime based on business needs. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to contributing to the success of the team and the company.
As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive bodywork on various vehicles, ensuring that repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
