Job Description

Are you interested in providing world-class level service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? Join Amazon's Self Service Registration (SSR) team as an Seller Success Specialist and become a key player in Australia's digital marketplace evolution. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with diverse Selling Partners, from established Australian brands to innovative small and medium-sized businesses, helping them maximize their success on our platform.

As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage Amazon's internal tools to help businesses expand their customer base and increase sales. This position offers more than just a job; it's an opportunity to influence the trajectory of online retail in Australia. Working within our collaborative and inclusive team, you'll immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of SSR, fostering valuable relationships and continuously enhancing your professional skills. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the growth of our sellers and contributing to the broader e-commerce landscape in Australia.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.

Key job responsibilities
- Assist in the successful launch of new Selling Partners on the platform.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Selling Partners to promote growth across various categories.
- Engage with a broad spectrum of businesses, from large brands to small and medium-sized enterprises, to support their success on Amazon.
- Work closely with Product and Program teams to enhance Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services.
- Communicate Selling Partner needs and feedback to internal teams to improve the seller and customer experience.
- Gain insights into the competitive landscape and contribute to strategic initiatives that benefit both internal and external stakeholders.

A day in the life
In this role, your primary focus will be on supporting the launch and growth of Selling Partners on our platform. You'll engage with a diverse array of businesses, from established brands to innovative startups, helping them navigate and succeed in the digital retail space. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, strategic planning, and collaborative efforts to enhance seller performance and customer satisfaction.

About the team

Together, we're focused on driving the future of online retail in Australia, and your role will be essential in achieving our vision.- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience analysing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience working with clients
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
