Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in related roles, demonstrating your ability to manage complex digital product development processes. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively engage with senior managers, adapting your terminology and style to suit different audiences. You are a creative thinker with a vision, capable of leading teams while also being a collaborative team player. Your adaptability in fast-evolving environments enables you to solve problems efficiently, and your strong planning and organizing skills help you maintain a clear view of the big picture. Being bilingual in Chinese and English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus. You have experience with e-commerce, CRM systems, and WeChat mini-programs, which are crucial for this role. A background in e-commerce and retail is appreciated, as it aligns with our focus on delivering tailored digital solutions.

Desirable

Experience with UX design, website development, and best practices in digital solutions will set you apart. Familiarity with Agile process principles and tools is also beneficial, as it complements your strong project management experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in managing end-to-end digital product development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technical staff, to drive innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your ability to listen and synthesize various business needs will be key in aligning project goals with client expectations. You will oversee the planning and execution of projects, utilizing Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and ensure continuous improvement. Your role will also involve guaranteeing support to end users and maintaining the quality of delivered solutions. You will be responsible for conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
