Experienced Auto Painter (2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles are well-honed, ensuring that every vehicle meets high-quality standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are excited about the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the mission of Carvana.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality automotive painting on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize your skills to apply different types of paint and ensure that the finish is flawless. Your role will involve blending adjacent panels to achieve a seamless look and correcting any paint imperfections to meet the company’s standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are completed on time and to the satisfaction of customers.

You will also participate in training programs offered by Carvana to enhance your skills and ensure your pay progresses along with the company. Your commitment to quality and teamwork will be essential as you contribute to the overall success of the automotive painting team. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting.
