As a Client Service Associate at Guidepoint, you will play a crucial role in understanding your clients' unique business questions and identifying the experts who can provide the best answers. You will collaborate with Project Managers to develop strategies for fulfilling client project requests. Utilizing various resources such as LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, you will identify and recruit new experts into our extensive network. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients, as you will ensure they receive timely and relevant insights from our advisors. You will also engage in research projects that span a wide range of industries, providing you with valuable exposure and experience.
