You have extensive experience in strategic delivery leadership, ideally with a background in technology solutions. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives is key to aligning expectations with Wizeline’s global delivery strategy. You excel in operational excellence, overseeing multiple programs and delivery teams to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Your expertise in governance and frameworks allows you to define and implement delivery processes that enable coordinated execution across all teams. You are skilled in commercial enablement, partnering with sales and solutions teams to shape Statements of Work and ensure profitable engagements. Risk management is second nature to you, as you anticipate delivery risks and activate cross-functional responses to resolve issues proactively. You are passionate about leadership development, coaching and empowering Delivery and Program Managers to enhance their performance and leadership maturity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic delivery of projects, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company’s goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that delivery meets their expectations. Your role will involve defining and implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency and quality across all delivery teams. You will also collaborate with sales and solutions teams to create effective Statements of Work that reflect the technical and commercial aspects of engagements. As a leader, you will coach and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. You will utilize data-driven metrics to track productivity and profitability, ensuring that the delivery teams are meeting their performance goals. Your proactive approach to risk management will help mitigate potential issues before they impact clients or teams.
