As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. You will also participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with total on-target earnings in the first year around $102,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, total on-target earnings can range from $105,000 to $125,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as expense allowances and mileage reimbursement.
