Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in utilizing analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales processes. You are proficient in Salesforce and understand how to leverage CRM systems to enhance sales efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various business partners and stakeholders. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and drive better outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with advanced analytics and predictive modeling is a plus. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and methodologies will set you apart. A background in market research and sales data analysis will enhance your ability to contribute to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically administering and continuously improving the sales CRM system. You will evaluate lead assignment processes to ensure they are efficient and effective, working closely with the sales team to optimize their prospecting efforts. You will lead projects that involve market research and sales data analysis, using insights to inform strategic decisions regarding investments in top markets and product cross-selling opportunities.
