You have a strong background in operations and project management, with a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing processes. You are a strategic thinker who can identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive growth and enhance collaboration. Your experience in commercial operations allows you to understand the complexities of sales processes and the importance of cross-functional teamwork. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with various stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization. You are results-oriented and thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact on operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to standardize and improve internal processes related to the sales process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for all stakeholders. You will develop operational plans and procedures that promote increased revenue and long-term growth. Your responsibilities will include eliminating redundancies and addressing knowledge and process gaps to enhance execution. You will take ownership of Commercial projects aimed at enhancing the Commercial team’s effectiveness and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the Commercial team has the necessary support to succeed in their interactions with new and existing merchants. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
