Job Description

Amazon is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed Seller Partner Marketing Manager to drive campaign strategy and execution. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end funnel of all comms sent out to our selling partners.

As the Seller Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in educating and empowering our selling partners with essential information about new products, programs, and tools vital for their success on Amazon. This will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on the needs of our selling partners and our overall communication strategy. In order to deliver in this role you will leverage HTML Code, Pardot Salesforce and WhastApp.

To be successful in this role the candidate will need to be an innovator, enjoy troubleshooting technical challenges and be a complex problem solver. This role requires someone who is able to manage multiple marketing campaigns at a time for over 10+ programs. You will focus on driving program adoption and be able to analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and optimise communication effectiveness.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage email marketing campaigns in partnership with the key stakeholders. This includes gathering of requirements, design (HTML coding) & development, testing, launch, and reporting.
• Build email programs and execute educational campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and engagement for multiple programs.
• Analyse, report on, and optimise against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue impact, and engagement.
• Recommend and implement A/B testing to continually improve performance of communications.
• Develop and lead an annual seller partner marketing plan to align on key growth areas, maintain a project schedule, and make it visible to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Gain subject matter expertise in customer pain points and deliver proactive solutions.
• Track communications best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
• Explore opportunities to grow marketing channels and drive seller engagement e.g. Seller App and WhatsApp.
• Design creative assets (Banners, icons) and external facing comms material (PDF Guides (Banners, icons) using both internal and external tools to support marketing campaigns.

A day in the life
In this role, you'll dive into the world of seller education and empowerment. Your days will be filled with crafting compelling communication strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging cutting-edge tools like HTML Code, Pardot Salesforce, and WhatsApp to reach our sellers. You'll be the bridge between our sellers and the innovative products, programs, and tools that drive their success on Amazon.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, SQL and Excel
