You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you've honed your skills in advanced glue-pulling techniques and are adept at repairing creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Your expertise allows you to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality repairs that meet industry standards.

You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship — you understand the importance of precision in your work and strive to deliver exceptional results. Your experience in the automotive industry has equipped you with the knowledge to handle various vehicle types and repair challenges.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques to effectively repair dents caused by hail, creases, and other impacts. Your role will involve assessing the damage and determining the best approach for each repair, ensuring that the integrity of the vehicle's finish is maintained.

You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
