You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in team leadership. You have a collaborative mindset, working closely with various support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources. You are adaptable and can handle the dynamic nature of operations workflows, ensuring that all components from first mile to last mile are executed efficiently.
