Chime is seeking a People Experience Lead to shape the strategy and program management for Employee Resource Groups and cultural programming. Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, particularly in creating and implementing initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within organizations. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and cultural programming. You are skilled in using AI and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance the impact of community initiatives. You understand the importance of celebrating identity and culture in the workplace and are passionate about fostering a sense of belonging among employees. You are a proactive communicator who can effectively partner with Employee Resource Group leaders to execute impactful campaigns and celebrations. You have a keen eye for detail and are adept at developing resources that support onboarding and engagement within ERGs.

What you'll do

As the People Experience Lead at Chime, you will own and evolve the strategy for Employee Resource Groups and affinity-based programs. You will partner with ERG leaders to plan and execute initiatives that highlight identity and culture, ensuring that these programs resonate with employees and foster a sense of community. You will manage cultural heritage months and affinity days, creating engaging experiences that celebrate diversity and shared values. Collaborating with the People team, including communications and analytics, you will work to increase engagement and consistency in cultural programming across the organization. You will leverage AI and automation tools to create scalable systems that empower community leaders and streamline operations. Your role will involve developing resources and rituals that support ERG onboarding and engagement, ensuring that all employees feel represented and valued within the company.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $116,100 and going up to $161,300, along with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive equity package.
