The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring that every product manufactured meets our exceptionally high standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in an environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.
You'll need to possess a strong understanding of equipment functionality and demonstrate proficiency in assessing, cleaning, calibrating and running machinery, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. You will also be proficient in written and verbal English to effectively understand work instructions and follow safety protocols.
