We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Go-to-Market systems. Reporting to the Head of Business Technology, you'll partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Accounting teams to enhance system functionality, drive automation, and support Benchling's growth. This role requires deep CPQ expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and an interest in integration technologies like Workato and AI-powered automation.
We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

Benchling takes a market-based approach to pay. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and work location. For this role the base salary range is $147,000 to $199,000.
