Overview

Dandy is seeking a Senior Factory Automation Engineer to co-engineer and maintain high-throughput manufacturing lines in Provo, Utah. This role requires expertise in automation and a strong understanding of shop-floor operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a highly motivated engineer with a strong background in factory automation and a passion for transforming traditional manufacturing processes. With several years of experience, you have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in high-throughput production lines and the integration of cutting-edge technology. You thrive in high-growth environments and are eager to take on challenges that require innovative solutions. Your expertise allows you to navigate the intersection of shop-floor operations and advanced automation systems, making you a subject matter expert in your field.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is a key asset, as you will be involved in defining and executing the strategies for building out factories and architecting proprietary automation systems. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and drive success.

Desirable

Experience with robotics and traditional automation processes is a plus, as is familiarity with manufacturing systems that have not been widely implemented before. You are open to learning and growing within the role, and you are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on the dental industry through technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for co-engineering and maintaining novel manufacturing lines that deliver highly customized products.
