Job Description

As an HRBP, you’ll make that happen by coaching leaders to embed recognition into everyday team life. That’s why we expect our managers to use our platform daily to coach and recognize A-Players—and your role will be to power up those managers and our platform even more. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll influence global teams, drive strategic talent initiatives, and champion a culture of belonging. You’ll help global leaders create high-performing, inclusive teams where recognition and belonging are part of everyday life. This role partners with leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC, offering hybrid flexibility and exposure to diverse markets.
