You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in SaaS account management — you thrive on helping customers succeed and are driven to challenge yourself in a collaborative environment. You have a proven track record of driving growth revenue and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas. Your customer-focused approach enables you to build strong relationships and solve problems effectively, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service. You understand the importance of inventory management solutions and are passionate about empowering product sellers to thrive in their operations.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex solutions to customers clearly and effectively. What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Cin7, you will be responsible for driving growth revenue for our current customers — your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our inventory management solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
