Asana is seeking a Product Owner to join their Revenue Technology team, focusing on supporting sales and customer success processes. You'll work with Salesforce and other cloud-based tools to drive growth and scale. This role requires experience in product ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a strong background in product ownership, ideally with 3+ years of experience in managing tools and technology that support sales and customer success initiatives. You understand the importance of aligning technology with business goals and have a proven track record of delivering solutions that drive growth. Your experience with Salesforce and other cloud-based tools equips you to effectively support the needs of various business teams. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure that all stakeholders receive the technical support they need to succeed. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable balancing in-office and remote work. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business processes and improve team performance.
In this role, you will own the systems and tooling needs for the business teams supported by RevTech, including Sales, Partners, Renewals, Customer Success, and Customer Support. You will manage and prioritize business requests, ensuring that the right tools are in place to facilitate effective operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and provide the necessary data and technical support to help them achieve success. Your responsibilities will include reviewing current business requests, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technology solutions implemented align with the overall Go-To-Market strategy. You will also play a key role in driving the adoption of cloud-based tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud, ensuring that these systems are utilized effectively across the organization. Your insights and expertise will help shape the direction of the RevTech team and contribute to Asana's mission of driving positive change through technology.
