Shopmonkey is hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify and source new qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco area and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will engage in high-volume targeted outbound and inbound efforts to generate leads. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to develop and implement effective prospect communication plans. Scheduling product demonstrations for Sales Account Executives will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all potential customers are followed up with and that the process is owned until demonstrations are completed. You will also maintain expert knowledge of the Shopmonkey product, the automotive services industry, and market trends to effectively communicate with prospects. Additionally, you will oversee the effective management of the CRM system to ensure all interactions are logged and tracked appropriately.
