You have a strong background in HR operations, with experience managing the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. Your attention to detail and organizational skills allow you to maintain HR systems effectively, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
You are proficient in HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Lattice, and ADP, and you have a knack for data analysis — creating insightful reports in Excel that drive operational improvements. Your ability to collaborate across regions enhances employee engagement programs and fosters a positive workplace culture.
You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys participating in global projects — your project management skills enable you to track tasks and monitor progress effectively. You understand the importance of employee engagement and are passionate about designing initiatives that promote a thriving workplace.
Experience in a global HR environment is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a strong understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
In this role, you will coordinate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring that new employees feel welcomed and prepared from day one. You will manage offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and updating HRIS systems to reflect changes accurately. Your role will involve maintaining HR data integrity and supporting updates to global HR policies, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations.
You will help design and execute employee engagement programs, from wellness initiatives to recognition awards, fostering a culture of appreciation and support. Your participation in global project work will allow you to contribute to Culture & Communications, Tools & Process Improvement, and Performance & Development initiatives, with opportunities to grow into a project owner role.
Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assist with data analysis for operational improvements, providing insights that help shape HR strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance processes and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.
