Stripe is seeking a Central Product Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve sales processes. Experience in a global or growth-stage Internet/software company is preferred.
You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, ideally with experience in a global or growth-stage Internet or FinTech company. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you possess an MBA or higher degree in a relevant field. You thrive in a demanding environment and can seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You understand the complexities of a multi-user strategy and have experience working with diverse product offerings.
Experience in a company with a multi-product approach and familiarity with enterprise, SMB, and self-serve models will set you apart. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
In this role, you will lead the Global Product Sales Strategy and Operations team, focusing on aligning strategies across Stripe’s Product Pillars. You will partner closely with the sales team and other departments to drive initiatives that improve the rhythm of business and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include advancing sales policies, processes, and tools to drive revenue growth. You will ensure that the Product sellers are equipped to help users understand Stripe’s specialized offerings and recommend the right solutions.
You will be responsible for developing cohesive strategies that encompass all parts of the go-to-market (GTM) approach, ensuring that operations are streamlined and effective. Your role will require you to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance. You will also play a key role in bi-annual planning and execution, ensuring that the sales organization is aligned with Stripe’s overall goals.
