Esper is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth through prospecting and lead generation. You'll engage with government decision-makers and schedule product demonstrations. This role requires a strong ability to develop new business opportunities.
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for public sector technology and sales. You thrive in a results-driven environment and have a strong ability to engage with government decision-makers. Your communication skills allow you to effectively schedule high-quality product demonstrations and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives. You are eager to learn and quickly develop a thorough knowledge of Esper’s products and how they address key challenges in government policymaking and operations. You are comfortable executing outreach campaigns and maintaining a high volume of daily prospecting calls, demonstrating your commitment to driving growth.
In this role, you will support 1-2 Account Executives by prospecting and scheduling product demos. You will identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned prospect lists and expand into ancillary jurisdiction types. You will execute outreach campaigns and sequences created by yourself or sales management, ensuring that you maintain a high volume of daily prospecting calls. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline, and you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunities. You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets.
