Experience with digital agencies and a deep understanding of the Contentful platform will set you apart. Familiarity with various content management systems and digital experience platforms is a plus. You are proactive in keeping abreast of industry trends and product developments, which allows you to provide the most relevant advice and solutions to your clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solution Architect at Contentful, you will partner with international customers post-sale, helping them turn their ideas into scalable digital experiences. You will create and deliver technical enablement on product platform features, ensuring that customers are well-equipped to utilize the platform effectively. Your role will involve conducting customer discovery sessions to identify and propose comprehensive solution designs for complex business problems. You will facilitate collaborative workshops and lead technical and editorial training sessions, ensuring that teams are aligned and informed.

You will also maintain a foundational understanding of Contentful product developments, synthesizing these insights into best practices and enablement materials for customers. Your ability to create prototypes or code examples will facilitate customer onboarding and support ongoing projects. By bringing back insights from customer engagements, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Contentful's offerings, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of organizations.
