Overview

Jigsaw is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and business value from their legal technology solutions for law firms across the Americas. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the legal or professional services sector. You thrive on building relationships and have a knack for understanding client needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt to changing circumstances without losing focus on client satisfaction. You take ownership of your responsibilities and are proactive in seeking solutions to challenges that arise. You understand the importance of collaboration and know when to involve others to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with legal technology solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in project management or a related field would also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Jigsaw, you will serve as a trusted advisor for law firms across the Americas, driving adoption and business value from our legal technology solutions. You will manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with our products. You will be responsible for understanding client goals and aligning our solutions to meet their needs, ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback to continuously improve our offerings. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address any issues that arise and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, contributing to the growth of your portfolio. You will track key performance indicators and report on client health, using data to drive your strategies and decisions.
