NEORIS is seeking a Cloud Engineer to bridge project teams and infrastructure operations. You'll ensure the efficiency and security of infrastructure solutions while leveraging skills in AWS and SAP. This role is based in Rio de Janeiro and requires a strong technical background.
You have a solid background in infrastructure architecture, with experience in ensuring the efficiency and security of solutions. You understand the importance of acting as a liaison between project teams and operational teams, facilitating communication and technical information flow. You are comfortable making macro-level technical decisions and have a proactive approach to identifying needs for specialized expertise. Your experience includes working with cloud solutions, SAP, and various database technologies, allowing you to suggest best practices and prevent costly decisions.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of cloud architecture will set you apart. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will serve as the critical link between the project team and the operations/infrastructure team, ensuring that all technical demands are met efficiently. You will participate in regular technical alignment meetings to track project demands and provide insights into infrastructure architecture. Your responsibilities will include defining infrastructure architecture, suggesting best practices, and preventing decisions that could lead to future costs or issues. You will have the autonomy to make significant technical decisions and will work closely with internal teams to align on project needs. Additionally, you will identify the need for specialists and recommend solutions based on project requirements.
