Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior Commodity Manager for their Robotics Supply Chain team. You'll be responsible for strategic sourcing and managing supplier relationships to support innovative robotic technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

You have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in the context of robotics or technology. Your experience includes strategic sourcing and supplier management, where you've successfully navigated complex negotiations and built lasting partnerships. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to ensure that the right materials are delivered at the right time. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize supply chain processes. You are passionate about innovation and are excited about the potential of robotics to transform industries. You understand the importance of aligning supply chain strategies with broader business goals and are adept at communicating these strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in the robotics industry or with advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to make informed decisions. A background in project management can also be beneficial as you coordinate efforts across various teams.

In this role, you will lead the strategic sourcing efforts for Amazon Robotics, focusing on a portfolio of robotic technologies.
