Google is seeking a Manager of Channel Sales and Activations for the CEE region to drive partner engagement and business growth. This role requires 5 years of experience in sales strategy and project management.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in client-facing roles involving sales strategy. Your background includes project management and vendor management, which equips you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You thrive in collaborative settings and possess the ability to clarify and summarize issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. Your excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, combined with attention to detail, make you a valuable asset in driving business initiatives.
Your experience in sales and operations within the carrier, retail, or consumer electronics industries gives you a unique perspective on market dynamics. You understand the importance of building relationships with key industry players and leveraging those connections to enhance product offerings. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives, ensuring that all efforts are directed towards meeting business goals.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving Google's Devices business programs across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will define and execute the regional strategy for partner engagement, prioritizing and deploying business activities to meet overall growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with retail and carrier partners to implement a set of programs that support country business goals. You will also oversee third-party vendors, improving the approach of the sales agency in key markets such as Poland, Czechia, and Romania to ensure operational compliance and sellout.
You will own the collection and analysis of field insights, using this data to inform key business decision-making. Collaborating closely with business and marketing managers, you will unlock new business opportunities and drive initiatives that align with Google's growth strategy. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities within the market, ensuring that Google's product offerings remain competitive and relevant.
