Who you are

You have a strong background in People Operations, particularly in the Total Rewards area, and are passionate about shaping the employee experience. With experience in maintaining fair and compliant compensation structures, you understand the importance of employee lifecycle processes and how they impact overall satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure seamless operations. Your analytical skills allow you to provide insights into trends and data-driven feedback that support business decisions. You are eager to grow within the People Ops function and make a real impact on the organization.

Desirable

Experience with global compensation practices and familiarity with multi-country workforce management would be advantageous. You are comfortable working with third-party providers and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to compliance and competitive analysis. A background in data analytics or HR metrics would further enhance your ability to contribute effectively in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior People Ops Analyst, you will lead initiatives to maintain and enhance compensation and benefits structures across Flyr's global workforce. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that compensation practices align with business goals and employee satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve the employee experience.
