As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of some of the world’s most customer-centric data centers. You will work with a team to ensure that the critical infrastructure systems are prepared to handle any situation. Your role will involve testing and implementing the newest technology and work practices to meet the demands of a changing market. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to solve complex problems and ensure the smooth operation of AWS data centers. You will be involved in maintaining servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, ensuring that customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
