Overview

SpaceX is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Injection Molding team to manage large teams in the production of user terminals for the Starlink project. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in overseeing production processes.

Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate complex production schedules and enforce area standards. You are adept at interfacing with various stakeholders, including engineers and technicians, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

You understand the importance of risk identification and mitigation in a production setting, and you are proactive in addressing potential issues before they escalate. Your experience includes conducting performance reviews and managing disciplinary actions, ensuring that your team adheres to company policies and production goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement in production processes.

Desirable

Experience in electronics manufacturing or injection molding processes would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with quality assurance practices and production metrics is also desirable, as it will help you maintain high standards in product quality and efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Production Supervisor for the Injection Molding team at SpaceX, you will coordinate the efforts of electronics production associates, ensuring that production schedules are met and that the team operates efficiently. You will enforce area standards and run rules, conducting bi-annual reviews and managing disciplinary actions as necessary.
