Crusoe is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst for their Real Estate Strategy team to conduct feasibility analyses and maintain financial models for data center projects. You'll work in San Francisco and collaborate with various teams to drive innovation in sustainable technology.
You have a strong analytical background with experience in feasibility analyses and financial modeling, particularly in real estate or infrastructure projects. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative mindset that allows you to engage effectively with finance, construction, engineering, and policy stakeholders. Your proficiency in SQL enables you to gather and analyze data efficiently, supporting decision-making processes. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy. You understand the importance of sustainability in technology and are motivated to contribute to innovative solutions that align with Crusoe's mission.
Experience in data center development or real estate acquisition is a plus. Familiarity with environmental and geotechnical considerations in site selection will enhance your ability to assess new opportunities.
