You have a strong background in customer support and technical troubleshooting, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or AI security. You thrive on solving complex challenges and are driven by a purpose to make a positive difference on a global scale. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be working closely with client-facing teams to identify and resolve issues. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making. Experience in a cloud-native environment or familiarity with Zero Trust security principles would be advantageous. A background in data analysis or market research can enhance your ability to provide valuable insights for our customers.
