Databricks is seeking a Core Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in Taiwan. You'll leverage your field sales experience in big data, Cloud, and SaaS to close new accounts and maintain existing relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a solution-based approach to selling.
You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a proven track record in selling to Enterprise accounts in Taiwan. With your field sales experience within big data, Cloud, and SaaS, you understand how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion. You have established relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and program managers, which you leverage to guide deals forward and compress decision cycles. You are passionate about understanding products in depth and communicating their value to customers and system integrators. You thrive on identifying new opportunities and closing exciting deals while ensuring 100% satisfaction among all customers.
You have a solution-based approach to selling, which allows you to create value for customers effectively. You are adept at tracking customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. You are always looking for quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles, and you are committed to exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Experience in a similar role within the tech industry, particularly with enterprise cloud data platforms, will be advantageous. Familiarity with the competitive landscape and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of Databricks' offerings will set you apart.
In your role as a Core Account Executive at Databricks, you will present a territory plan within your first 90 days, outlining your strategy for engaging with key stakeholders and driving sales. You will meet with CIOs, IT executives, and other important partners to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to close both new accounts and existing accounts, ensuring that you identify and capitalize on quick wins while managing longer sales cycles effectively.
You will be responsible for tracking all customer interactions and details in Salesforce, ensuring that you maintain an organized approach to your sales pipeline. You will apply a solution-based approach to selling, focusing on how Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark can solve meaningful problems for your clients. Your goal will be to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets consistently.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to build a plan for success, both internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts. Your ability to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources will be crucial in achieving your sales goals. You will also be expected to promote Databricks' offerings effectively, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
